Terms and Conditions

By booking a session with LINA IORGOVAN MEDIUM, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are intended to ensure that all sessions are conducted smoothly and respectfully for both you and me as your guide.

1. Services Offered

At LINA IORGOVAN MEDIUM, you can find psychic mediumship readings, intuitive coaching, and Reiki healing sessions. Each service is intended to provide insight, guidance, healing, and personal growth. These services are not intended as a substitute for professional medical, legal, or psychological advice.

2. Booking and Payment

• All sessions must be booked in advance via PayPal (linamassagetherapy@gmail.com) or www.linaiorgovanmedium.com
  - Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.
  - Payment is accepted through PayPal, credit card.
• If a potential client expresses interest in purchasing a service or program but requires more than three reminders within a seven-day period, it will be considered an indication of lack of interest. In such cases, any discounts or promotional offers previously discussed will no longer be available, and the opportunity to purchase may be withdrawn at that time.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

- Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will incur a 50% fee of the session's cost.
- No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and do not provide prior notice, you will be charged the full price of the session.
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, I will do my best to accommodate your request. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the session will incur a 50% fee of the session's cost.

4. Long-Term Program Payment Terms

- For long-term programs or packages, payment plans may be offered.

- Please note that packages of 4 sessions, need to be used within 8 weeks from purchase date; after that, can‘t be extended, and any unused session(s) will no longer be available.
- Late Payment Fee: If a payment is not received by the due date, a 5% late fee will be applied to the outstanding balance. If payment is delayed beyond 7 days, an additional fee of $25 per week will be charged until the balance is settled.
- Program Termination: If payments are not received within 30 days of the due date, the program may be terminated, and services will be paused until full payment is received.

5. Session Duration

Sessions will be conducted for the length of time booked. Please try to be on time, as no extra time will be added if late.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy and confidentiality is respected.  Any information shared during our session will remain private, except in cases where required by law or where your safety is at risk.

7. No Guarantees

While I strive to provide accurate and insightful guidance, results may vary, and there are no guarantees about specific outcomes or information provided. The insights shared are intended to help you on your personal journey, but it’s important to take personal responsibility for any decisions made following the session.

8. Health and Wellness Disclaimer

Reiki and other healing modalities are complementary practices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Always seek professional medical advice if you are dealing with any physical, emotional, or mental health concerns.

9. Liability

LINA IORGOVAN MEDIUM is not liable for any actions or decisions made by clients based on information provided during a session. By booking a session, you agree to hold LINA IORGOVAN MEDIUM harmless from any liability or harm arising from the session.

10. Code of Conduct

All clients are expected to engage in sessions with respect, openness, and integrity. Disrespectful or abusive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of the session with no refund.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Any changes will be posted on LINA IORGOVAN MEDIUM, and your continued use of services implies acceptance of those changes.

By booking a session with LINA IORGOVAN MEDIUM, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
